All above materials are composites based on thermoplastics and high technical fillers. All materials have excellent chemical properties and all the benefits that are common for this kind of materials. This overview is just for indication to show the difference between our materials but will not indicate better working. Tenmax always goes into dept with its customers to determine the best solution for each application. Therefore we also can mix or blend specials for customer applications.
TMC7601 the perfect solution for vertical pumps and extreme low temperatures!
After many years of being successful into the market of the vertical pumps, sump pumps, wastewater and seawater pumps we can say this is a perfect solution to replace bearings made out of , ceramic, carbon. metal or copper and alloys etc.
Out of our experience TMC7601 is also a perfect proven material to use in liquid gas applications. Liquid gas applications are always struggling with proper lubrication inside the bearings. Most of the time caused by a (short) drop into the pump pressure or minimum temperature rise inside the bearings.
Were other material give in, TMC7601 will survive.
Many of our OEM rebuild their design with our bearings and together with a change out of the wear rings to get their pump bulletproof….

After many customer tests TENMAX developed a TMC7601 with extreme high flexibility compared to the normal TMC7601. In order to make a special blend for making Labby seals.
As we all know bending of the small teeth always give problems during installation and running of the compressors in some areas.
With success we made for our customers Labby seals out of TMC7601-4
TENMAX also makes the Labby-seal in split design.
At many customer applications we changed out ceramic , Sic/Sic bearing for one of our composite materials.
With the main reason; No Thermo shock, Dry-run safe, no shipping of etc.
Huge cost reduction on operation.
Now with the development of TMCS25 we also improved the wear resistance of our composites. This opens up more ceramic applications for a change out.
TMCS25 is based on our existing composite line, and therefore TMCS25 has all the benefits. Only we got the opportunity by new technics to reinforce on a total different way. This results in a composite matrix that is has a 4 times better wear resistance compared with our other materials. No composite material in the world based on the same matrix can do this and therefore TMCS25 is unique.
In order to get the right counter material for TMCS25 we can supply TMC CCOP 30. This is a metal 316 or Duplex with a 0,5mm wear resistant layer of 1200 Vickers!
Also by using TMCS25 there is no need to design metal springs or other fancy constructions to held the ceramic parts in place. Just press fit the TMCS25 and that’s all.
TMCS25 can use a metal counterpart, so no need to make two parts as normal for ceramic designs.
